Abstract: This paper conducts a comprehensive study on extraction fromegg yolk powder and pomegranate seed with supercritical carbon dioxide(SC-CO2). The proper basic parameters are determined through smallexperiment in the extraction from egg yolk powder and pomegranate seedwith SC-CO2of having the variables of extraction pressure, temperature,time. And the result shows the extraction from egg yolk powder performedat45℃and28MPa for4hour; and the extraction from pomegranate seedperformed at45℃and28MPa for3hour. After the pilot studies theloading capacity is determined and the result shows that egg yolk powderis12kg, pomegranate seeds is16kg. Finally, the end result is determinedfrom the product test and the result shows extraction from egg yolkpowder with SC-CO2was performed at28MPa,45℃for5hour with aloading capacity of100kg; extraction from pomegranate seed withSC-CO2was performed at28MPa,45℃for3hour with a loadingcapacity of70kg.
