Bispyrazolylmethanes were a kind of Neutral Bidentateligands.Because of the nitrogen atoms,they have good coordinationeffect. Complexes which have new structural could be formed whentheligands reacted with some main group elements or transitionmet-als.For the different substituent group of thebis(pyrazol-1-yl)methanes,they were conveniently synthesized andhad excellent coor-dination property Bispyrazolylmethanes ligandswould be wildly used in polymer materials, catalytic materials,biomaterials and optical materials. Especially, copper complexesbinding with bis(pyrazol-1-yl)methanes were discovered that couldinhibit activity, which leads to cell death, had the potential medicalvalue.Compared with bis(pyrazol-1-yl)methanes ligands,3,5–disubsti-tuents-1,2,4-diazaphosphole ligands containing both N and P het-eroatoms, which coordination ability and mode were different, for-med sp2hybrid orbitals.So studying the compounds that has goodselectivity and strong fluorescence is necessary. Based on theabove two key points, bis(1,2,4-diazaphospholyl) methanes wereconveniently synthsized. Contents as follows: Fristly, Bis(1,2,4-diazaphospholyl)methane [H(L1),i-Pr(L2),t-Bu(L3-3),Ph(L4)] were synthesized through the Phase Trans-fer Catalysi-s reaction with3,5-disubstituents-1,2,4-diazaphos-phol ligands (1,2,3,4) and dichloromethane.The novel ligands binded characteristicsof Bis(pyrazolyl)methanes and3,5-disubstituents-1,2,4-diazaphosp-hole ligands,so their coordina-tion ability would be excellent. Theabove new ligands were characterized by mp, TLC, NMR and X-Ray single crystal diff-raction.Secondly, bis(1,2,4-diazaphospholyl)methane (L1) was used to re-act with Cu(ClO4)2·6H2O, Zn(ClO4)2·6H2O, CuCl2·2H2O, ZnCl2,CoCl2·6H2O in methanol respectively. The obtained complexes were char-acterized by mp, lectron paramagneticresonance spectrum, NMRspectrum and X-Ray single cryst-al diffraction. Through the analy-sis of magnetic data,[Cu(L1)Cl2· H2O] was the antiferromagnetismcomplex,and [Cu(L1)2·(H2O)2](ClO4)2was the paramagnetic complex.The two complexes could be used as magnetic materials. |
