The interest in five membered heterocyclic complexes has beenextensively attentioned due to their novel structural features andreactivity, and they had been widely used in the fields of medicinalchemistry, organic reagent synthesis, and new molecular materials.In this thesis, we designed and synthesized a few of newdiazaphosphole derivatives, one Fe(II) coordination complexes, aswell as three new diazaphosphole ligands. All of compounds havebeen fully characterized:1. By the reaction of1H-1,2,4-diazaphosphole and sodiumtetraphenylborate, a Sodium Diphenylbis(1-dp)borate [{Ph2B(dp)2}Na](1) was readily prepared for the first time. To explore its reactivity,the reaction of1and Iron (II) chloride was carried out to give anunexpected complex [{Ph3B(CN)}2Fe(THF)4](2). Compounds1and2have been characterized by NMR, EPR, and X-Ray single crystaldiffusion ananlysis.2. Three new1R-3,5-disubstituted-1H-1,2,4-diazaphospholeswere synthesized and fully characterized.3. A heterocyclic2-Br-6-diazaphosphole pyridine was preparedand fully characterized by IR, NMR, and X-Ray single crystaldiffusion ananlysis.
