| Rice milling process was the main link of broken rice in the rice processing.Rice corn afterhulling machine shelling the formation of brown rice, brown rice into the rice mill being squeezed,shear force, when the composite force of brown rice strain limit,the rice occurred rupture thenproduced cardamine.In this paper brown rice grain’s crushing law in the rice mill as the object ofstudy, established the core working parts (milled white room) of the rice mill’s simulation model tostudy the modeling analysis method; According to the requirements of the analysis and calculationof the discrete element method, tested and analysised the physical and mechanical properties of thethree types of brown rice grain. Given the basic physical parameters of the grain’sthree-dimensional, spherical rate, density, percent moisture content etc., testing out the brown ricegrain breaking force, dynamic friction coefficient, restitution coefficient and some othermechanical properties and to analyze the relationship of each of the main factors. The dynamicfriction coefficient of the brown rice grain with increasing moisture linearly increasing trend, thedynamic friction coefficient between the brown rice grain with variety of sheet metal wasdecreased with the increase of the load, and the brown rice grains, the relative speed of the contactplate had little effect on the coefficient of friction.Brown rice grain’s restitution coefficientdecreased gradually with increasing percent moisture content. Restitution coefficient was in turnincrease with the relationship between the grain and grain, plastic, synthetic glass and cast iron,different varieties of brown rice had little effect on the restitution coefficient of the grain.Thestudy tested method of the brown rice grain simulation modeling; Studied between brown ricegrainã€contact mechanical model of the role of the working parts of milled white room with thegrain as well as the selection method of the parameters in the model;Application of the UK EDEMdiscrete element analysis software to simulate the motion feature of the grain in the rice millbrown rice, studied the grain group force distribution and so on.And thus proving that the discreteelement method to analyze the feasibility of brown rice grain with agricultural equipmentmechanical parts in contact and discrete element method analysis of the reasonableness ofcalculated parameters selected, laid the foundation for achieving the rice milling performanceoptimization, for the optimal design of the milling machine based on the discrete element method. |
