The dyeing wastewater refractory, varied, high concentration, high chroma, high pH and other characteristics. In a variety of industrial wastewater, printing and dyeing wastewater is difficult to use one of the biodegradable organic wastewater. How high-efficiency, low-cost processing, has been the target of many water treatment workers. This thesis focuses on the problems encountered in Foshan City, Ganghui industrial wastewater treatment plants operating process, conducting in-depth research on the basis of data obtained through small test, and then guide the plant enginceredand ultimately realizes the wastewater discharging standard.Through in-depth field investigation and analysis, found that the Xibulang and Xinneng of high concentration wastewater of the original "coagulation-biological contact oxidation" process have impact effect, due to a high concentration wastewater sludge aerobic pool death phenomenon, caused the water indicators exceeds bid badly, and high running cost of the consequences. According to Changxing industrial park, Xibulang and Xinneng characteristics of two factories discharge of waste water, adopting "coagulation-hydrolysis acidification" process on the mixed wastewater pretreatment, the small test results show that the selection process is completely suitable for high concentration of the two factory emissions pretreatment. The process of CODcr, BOD5and SS pretreatment out rate reached63.3%,55%and43%, respectively. The biochemical values B/C can be increased from0.27to0.36, give full play to the anaerobic hydrolysis reaction for the difficult degradable and insoluble organic matter decomposition, and effectively reduce the wastewater chroma, for subsequent aerobic biochemical treatment has created a very favourable conditions. Taking experiment results verified the "coagulation-hydrolysis acidification" process on two factory emissions of high concentration wastewater has good pretreatment effect.According to the water Xibulang and Xinneng wastewater discharges, based on the full use of existing structures, select the appropriate treatment process, transform the ganghui first original water treatment structures:to separate regulation pool, divided into a, b two parts; take advantage of one of the original idle the circular vertical flow sedimentation tank; replaced by an original contact oxidation pond pool acid hydrolysis. After transforming effluent CODcr, BOD5, SS, NH3-N and chromaticity value has reached the local standard of Guangdong province "water pollutant discharge limits"(DB44/26-2001), the second session of the first class standard. For the Xibulang and Xinneng of high concentration wastewater are two factory the processing cost is1.704yuan per ton; The process operation management simple, convenient and easy to operate. This project not only provides experience for other wastewater treatment plant upgrading, but also achieved good economic benefit and social benefit, solves the local water body polluted the environment.
