Diamond cutter has incomparable hardness and wear resistance, in terms of ultra precision machining, it is an ideal cutting tool material. With the development of science and technology and application, on the surface of the diamond quality put forward the more strict requirements. But diamond has specific properties such as high hardness, brittle, wear-resisting, at the same time to obtain high precision and low roughness value of diamond surface is extremely difficult. So diamond precision grinding processing technology research, has the very good application prospect and practical value.Processing external disturbance factors in the process of vibration on cutting tool surface will cause great damage, in order to get higher quality of the surface of the diamond processing, need to process the vibration and impact in the process of interference such as strict control. In the process of elastic floating grinding processing, processing conditions and equipment and the corresponding control system is an important factor to influence diamond lapping accuracy and efficiency, the improved grinding equipment control system, the inhibition of the grinding disc face runout and spindle high speed, stable operation is an issue for this paper research.In this paper, based on the precision hydrodynamic bearing, the sensorless brushless dc motor technology design, smooth running, small high-speed precision spindle system; Feed system consists of rocker arm voice coil motor feed feed platform. The development of the research includes the following parts:1. This article in view of the small grinding machine spindle structure by adopting the combination of hydrodynamic bearing and motor, namely structure such as main shaft, bearing, drive motor are integrated into the together, and get rid of the position sensor and actuator, makes the machine structure is compact, is conducive to realize miniaturization and motors. The structure combined with a spindle control system makes the grinding disc face runout of quantity control in the scope of smaller, at the same time also to reduce the structure system of vibration and spindle to achieve high speed and running smoothly to lay a solid foundation.2. In this paper, the design and production of small grinding machine spindle control system, it is mainly for the spindle of the three-phase sensorless control of brushless dc motor design. Applying load and the outside world in order to prevent the sudden disturbance to the spindle the effects of grinding speed, based on the TMS320F2812processor of TI company as the core, build brushless motor double closed loop (current, speed) of the digital control platform, including the design of hardware circuit and software system. Hardware circuit including main controller peripheral circuit design, the current detection circuit design, the terminal voltage detection circuit, main circuit design, power inverter circuit, protection circuit design.3. In this paper, the design and production of small grinding machine feed control system of voice coil motor and its control strategies were summarized and analyzed; And then a brief of rocker arm voice coil motor open loop and closed loop control of MatIab/Simulink simulation (the unit step response); Rocker arm voice coil motor is adopted, which has the function of H bridge driver chip M54544AL, radial elastic beams are driven by voice coil motor driven feed movement back and forth and deceleration motion.
