The health-care food is now various and varying in qualities.Health care food refers tofood which has the function of specific health care. It’s suitable for specific population. It canregulate the body function while it is not for the purpose of treating diseases. The health carefood has two basic characteristics: one is the security and the other is the functionality. Howeverthere is a strict distinction between health care food and drug, which can not be treated as thedrug, and cannot replace the therapeutic effect of drugs on patients either. In this paper, it isbased on the two characteristics of health care products, and takes the product of Grape seed&Soybean Extract Soft Gel as an example to insure the safety after the application of HazardAnalysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) System, and use the main component of theproducts that is the grape seed extrac(tGSE)as the object to study it’s function by the experimentof myocardial ischemia-reperfusion in rat.Through the research and implementation of HACCP system on the Grape seed&SoybeanExtract Soft Gel made in Biological Technology Co. Ltd. RongCheng, BaiHe Brand, weclarified the key control points in the production process, and carried on the comparativeanalysis before and after the implementation of HACCP products. Through the implementationof HACCP system and collecting relevant datas, we finally determined the effectiveness of theimplementation of HACCP. According to the production process of BaiHe Kang brand of grapeseed&soybean extract soft gel, we established the Hazard Analysis Worksheet, made HACCPplan, and performed verification and validation. According to the process of the grape seed&soybean extract soft gel, we analysed the potential harm to the production process, anddetermined raw material approval and labeling as key control points of the production.And thentake the prevention measures, the key limit and the monitoring method and corrective measures.Moreover, the corresponding verification procedures were established. Through the inspection ofthe CDC of Shandong Province as the third party and the comparative analysis and statistics afterthe implementation of HACCP proved that the implementation of HACCP system is effective toimprove the quality and safety of the product of Grape Seed&Soybean Extract Soft Gel.Myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury is an important cause of sudden death in patientswith coronary heart disease. Myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury refers to the organism thatare restored blood supply after myocardial ischemia occurred much more serious damage in thepathological process after a period of time. Rats were adopted as the experimental object in theresearch, based on rats’ myocardial ischemia reperfusion damage effect experiment, we set fourexperimental groups, namely normal group, ischemia reperfusion group, drug control group (XinXuekang), and grape seed extract(GSE) group.The rats were researched on cardiac function through a number of changes. It is observed that grape seed extract (GSE) effect on ratmyocardial ischemia reperfusion injury by the change of coronary flow dyeing LDH content,SOD and MDA in myocardial tissue homogenates and the results of the hematoxylin-eosin staining.The results show that, GSE can effectively reduce the lipid peroxide content of MDA, enhancethe activity of antioxidant enzymes SOD, significantly improved heart rates, and reduced the cellinjury by observing paraffin section after HE staining. Therefore, GSE can cure myocardialischemia reperfusion injury effectively.
