In recent years, with the continuous development of wastewater treatment technologies,"Shandong Province water pollutant discharge standards along the South-North Water Diversion Project"(DB37/599-2006) is put forward high requirements.As the above context described, a chemical company which located next to South-North Water Diversion Project basin plan to built a wastewater comprehensive management project. The project will be cut the CODcr emissions86.74t/a after builting, it is more important to protect city’s ecological environment, protect local industrial and agricultural production and people’s normal life.Traditional processing methods and processes have their advantages and disadvantages and conditions apply, yet which method is considered to be the best, most state-of-the-art, it is impossible to unconditionally applicable to a variety of situations. Inter-ester-ester wastewater contained types of pollutants range and Organic Chemical Wastewater part of the biorefractory degradation, only one way will be able to remove all pollutants exhausted is unrealistic, often need several methods to form a processing system in order to have the required processing function. This paper introduces the dye and dye intermediates industry status and the applications the synthesis of dyes intermediates, comprehensive analysis of various wastewater treatment technology about dyes and dye intermediate. This paper selected the waste acid production MgSO4·7H2O+Fenton Catalytic Oxidation+Anaerobic+Aerobic+Secondary Fenton Catalytic Oxidation process base on the multi-program analysis and the quality of wastewater characteristics, carried out a feasibility research of the process on the basis of full use of wastewater containing acid for reducing processing costs as much as possible. The results showed that the program is a feasible design on technically and economically. Effluent COD≤100mg/l, BOD5≤20mg/l, SS≤70mg/l, of aniline≤2mg/l, the key pollution characteristics of aniline removal efficiency of more than60%, to achieve discharge standards.
