The works of this project can be divided into two parts:one is the the research and application of new VDA diverting acid, the other is the synthesis and application of cyanuric acid.1. Acidification and acid fracturing of carbonate reservoir rocks is one of the main measures to increase the production of of oil in exploitation. In order to ensure that the acid in heterogeneous formations can even promote, we must add the diverting acid agent. Different methods were used to synthesis different diverting acid agent; according to the VDA standard we made the performance evaluation. Comparisons showed the VDA diverting acid system (15%, prepared by stearic acid) at constant90℃,170s-1shear rate,1.5h shear time, the apparent viscosity decreased first and then tended to be stable, so it has a high clip and thermal stability. And in the agent system, the mass fraction of hydrochloric acid was15%, its apparent viscosity is up to60mPa·s. Viscosity changed significantly with the mass fraction of hydrochloric acid. Then we changed the temperature for the rheological test of15%VDA diverting acid system. With the increasing temperature, the apparent viscosity became smaller and smaller. Its rheology is well. Finally, the performance testing of releasing properties and spontaneously breaking plastic were made. In the reaction of the VDA diverting acid system (15%, prepared by stearic acid) with marble block, we could see that it was able to reduce the rate of acid consumption and had a good ability of spontaneously breaking the plastic. Thus after its injection into the oil layer, with the reaction of the acid with the oil layer, the concentration of the acid will be gradually decreased, while the viscosity will gradually increase. When the increase in viscosity of the acid can significantly reduce the fluid loss of the acid and the reaction rate of the acid with the reservoir rock, thereby it can increase the depth of penetration and the processing range of the acid in the oil layer, that can form a high conductivity channel to reach the purpose to improve the effects of acidification or acid fracturing.2. Cyanuric acid is a versatile chemical intermediates and is one of the urea downstream products that countries encourage to develop. In recent years, abroad continue try to expand application areas of the products, such as the non-chlorinated flame retardant, industrial water killing bacteria and algae, etc., its demanding is at annual growth rate of more than10%. Current annual demand of global cyanuric is more than650,000t. As versatile intermediates, we first studied of its synthesis to examine the possibility of industrial production of cyanuric acid. Then we explored the application of cyanuric acid. We investigated the reaction condition of urea solids to synthetize cyanuric acid in the three bottles or homemade tubular reactor, deriving that urea generated cyanuric acid, at atmospheric pressure,250℃. If we controlled the rotational speed and feed rate well of the homemade tubular reactor, product discharge was in good condition, and the yield was78%. And then we examined the application of cyanuric acid in metal chelators. Cyanuric was the main raw material for the synthesis of a series of heavy metal chelator. Comparing with other chelating agents in other raw materials to treat with wastewater containing copper, in order to test its chelating properties and the calculated chelation value. First, as cyanuric acid constituting a basic skeleton, it reacted with carbon disulfide under alkaline conditions to compose crystalline product, and was compared chelating properties with di-thio carbamate synthesized by polyamine.Then amine Poly-carboxylic acids chelating agent was synthesized by an alkylation reaction of cyanuric acid and sodium Chloromycetin, and it was compared chelating properties with melamine hexastich acid in the raw material of melamine. At last we calculated the chelation value to further exam the chelating properties. The diaphoretic amine acid salts’chelator chelating properties was best, and novel amino poly-carboxylic acid chelating agents has a relatively good performance and a good chelating ability, and we could further expand the research work.
