Supercritical carbon dioxide technology is still in development, which needs tremendous experimental support and related experimental equipment. At present, the experimental equipment can only meet the requirement of single process. Besides, the same or similar modules among several process units have resulted in repeated setting device, low rate in reutilization of equipment and high cost. In view of the situation, a kind of the analytical type supercritical carbon experiment equipment which integrates four functions is designed after the analysis of the extraction, reaction, solubility measurement and distillation process of the supercritical carbon dioxide. The device can carry out four kinds of process and improve the applicability of the equipment, which is beneficial to the study of supercritical carbon dioxide technology.The supercritical carbon dioxide process which integrates extraction, reaction, distillation and solubility measurement is reasonable designed. The modules in supercritical carbon dioxide extraction process, reaction process, solubility measurement process and distillation process have been classified. Modules can be divided into general modules and special modules according to their functions; the main equipment of each module has been defined. General modules are in share while special modules are in parallel, under which principle the process is designed. Different process can be realized by switching the valve. The parameters of non-standard equipment are settled on the basis of the survey results.The structure of the main equipment in the system ie studied. The main equipment in the system is innovatively designed to be small, opening quickly and mobile due to the characteristics of small in size and compact in structure of the analytical type equipment. In addition, the strength calculation method is also given.The automatic control valve in the system is innovatively designed by using the principle of shield motor in high pressure environment. The power of the motor is calculated according to the process parameters. The control system and transmission system in automatic control valve are rationally selected according to the power of motor and survey results. The consumption of energy is analyzed and the strength calculation method of automatic control valve is given.The advantages and disadvantages of various kinds of sealing structures are analyzed, a new sealing structure-lens gasket with an empty tank is proposed. Lens gasket seal belongs to self tight seal, and the self tight seal is superior to forced seal. Therefore, in order to strengthen the self tight seal, lens gasket structure is improved. The various of structural lens gasket is analyzed by the finite element software, and an optimal sealing structure is given.
