Existing coal mine safety system is difficult to know exactly the number of miners trapped underground, the location and state of life, urgently needed to complement the rescue system, to quickly determine the exact location of underground personnel after the accident, to grasp the vital signs of the trapped workersprovide a reliable basis for personnel rescue.This thesis is based on the development of wireless sensor networks mine personnel gesture recognition and vital signs monitoring system can overcome the complex environment of underground transmission of information, reliable data transmission, the accident immediately to check the scene of the accident from the monitoring computer personnel location distribution, the number of people trapped, as well as the specific location information, to provide a scientific basis for the relief work, and the personnel to minimize the loss.The system typically consists of ground central station equipment, data communications equipment, monitoring equipment, sensors and alarm power equipment constitute continuous monitoring of the underground environment, multi-parameter. Through the real-time status acquisition system can accurately distinguish dressed people running, walking, standing immobile behavior posture as well as personnel, basic physiological status indicators.The system uses remote identification the zigbee systems, identification of underground personnel behavior posture. You can monitoring the underground personnel vital signs information. Overcome the small number of sensor nodes, and difficult to move, and network scalability is poor, positioning difficulties and other shortcomings.Based on the status quo of China’s mine monitoring system, the establishment of monitoring downhole environment but also monitoring personnel vital signs and personnel behavior posture information intelligent monitoring system scalable, real-time monitoring and early warning of the mine environment and personnel through wireless sensor networks/the urgent need to solve the important problem of the modern mine.The subjects of Things technology, intelligent sensing and pattern recognition technology developed intelligent personal wearable coal mine safety system. The system consists of three components:intelligent information collection node, redundant communications unit, and ground monitoring diagnostic system. Specific research contents are as follows:①vital signs monitoring.②gesture recognition based accelerometer human behavior.③environmental parameters acquisition and analysis.④non-real-time voice communication technology.⑤wearable system design.⑥Mesh structures based the downhole communication link with dual redundant features.
