The transportation section of open-pit coal mine is a high-risk operation section of safety accidents.The accident statistical analysis shows that the main cause of safety accidents is distraction,and the safety sign is the key influencing factor of attentional bias toward safety.Taking the transport drivers of open-pit coal mine as the research object,the paper uses the methods of accident statistical analysis,field investigation and interview to clarify the attentional bias toward safety characteristics of transport drivers.By using the method of questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the relationship between the safety signs and the attentional bias toward safety of transport drivers in open-pit coal mine operation site,as well as the moderating effect of task difficulty.Furthermore,a behavioral experiment was designed to explore the effects of safety sign attributes(presentation mode,time interval)and task difficulty on the attentional bias toward safety of transport drivers.The strategy of improving the attentional bias toward safety of transport drivers based on the optimization design of safety signs is proposed.The main conclusions are as follows:? This paper expounds the characteristics of attentional bias toward safety of transport drivers in open-pit coal mines.Through statistical analysis,it is found that safety distraction is the main cause of transportation accidents.Through interviews and research,the characteristics of attentional bias toward safety of transport drivers are analyzed,and the attentional bias toward safety-time curve of transport drivers in open-pit coal mines is preliminarily drawn.? This paper reveals the inverted U-shaped relationship between safety sign information and attentional bias toward safety and the moderating effect of task difficulty.The more difficult the task is,the more gentle the curve is.? The influence of safety sign attributes on the attentional bias toward safety of transport drivers is revealed.Among the four ways of presenting safety signs,the best combination is picture and auxiliary text of safety color.The lower the task difficulty is,the higher the change rate of attentional bias toward safety caused by the change of safety signs is.There is an inverted U-shaped relationship between the time interval of safety signs and the attentional bias toward safety of transport drivers,and 1500 ms is the optimal time interval in the experiment.? Based on the optimization design of safety signs,the strategy to enhance the attentional bias toward safety of transport drivers is proposed.From two aspects of safety sign optimization design oriented to crisis materialized environment shaping and attentional bias toward safety training oriented to attentional bias toward safety shaping,this paper puts forward some measures to enhance the attentional bias toward safety of transport drivers.In the future,physiological measuring instruments can be used to further analyze and draw the attentional bias toward safety-time curve of transport drivers,and explore the role of safety sign stimulation in the attentional bias toward safety-time curve,so as to guide the optimal design of safety signs.
