The Manufacture Of ABS/PMMA Made For Mobile Phone Protection Shell And The Research Of Stacked Plastic Injection Technology

The stacked molding is another advanced technology of mold industry, the technology has greatly increased production and the production efficiency, effective use of production equipment, improve the quality of products, etc. Because of the stacked molding late start, the tooling cost, applicable range is not wide, the research is less in this aspect both at home and abroad, there is no standard on the design and manufacture. In order to achieve the application and popularization of this technology in China, this topic trying to analysis the stacked molding combined with the material blending technology and hot runner technology, on the basis of summarizing the research results at home and abroad,hoping to provide help for the stacked molding industrialized production.This main research of the topic is as follows:Choose ABS/PMMA polymer as the main research object,Study the influence of the ratio and the kinds of additives to the comprehensive mechanical properties of ABS/PMMA polymer including tensile properties, impact strength through adding different ratio of the PMMA and additives in ABS/PMMA blend system,prepare polymer for mobile phone protection shell.Design a stacked mold of mobile phone protection shell with hot runner,and the casting system,cooling system, and guide bearing system is analyzed.The related parameters such as casting Quantity,clamping force are designed and checked.Based on ABS/PMMA material properties and processing performance,design and analysis the structure of hot runner, the heat balance calculation of hot runner system and the calculation method of heating power and flow channel size is given and analysis the hot runner system flow and temperature field.The Cross-WLF model is chosen as the viscosity model,Application injection analysis software, based on original model grid processing,the best injection molding process parameters are obtained through the optimization by orthogonal test.And the filling,warping,and cooling of the stacked mold are simulated,welding lines,product warpage,inadequate cooling of the stacked molding is analyzed and improved during the process.
