Along with the gradually effective control of point pollution, non-point pollution influences to the water quality is more and more protruding, It also has received more and more attention and research. The results confirmed that non-point pollution has been one of the important reasons for the deterioration of water environment in many countries of the world. So it is important to study the characteristics and law of urban surface runoff pollution and to develop feasible pollution controlling technologies and countermeasures, then make it a scientific basis for government departments to control non-point pollution.the thesis makes a study on the artificial rainfall simulation in different storm runoff and probes into the main road surface runoff pollution characteristics and emission in Renmin Road、First ring Road、Jiaoda Road and Yipintianxia Street of Chengdu. The main resurech result are as follows:(1) In the click on sampling of Renmin Road、First ring Road、Jiaoda Road and Yipintianxia Street, take monitor index data comparing with urban surface runoff related to indicators domestic and foreign city; no Pb is detected out shows that the Pb pollutant content is very low in the main roads of Chengdu City;(2) Based on the analysis of runoff pollutants under artificial rainfall erosion over time in Chengdu City main road, in this experiment we find that all the concentration of pollution indexs expect for ammonia nitrogen decreases with time, and they decreases to less than20%in30minutes;(3) By the correlation analysis between indexs, it shows that SS and CODCr, SS and oil has a good linear correlation, the regression equation for the most part R2are more than0.8;(4) Chengdu main pollutants content of SS:307.67mg/L-1278.72mg/L, CODCr:157.43mg/L-317.91mg/L, ammonia nitrogen,1.39mg/L-2.55mg/L, oil categories:20.66mg/L-38.80mg/L; Sampling time rainfall erosion area pollution load for SS:16.614g to230.166g, CODCr:8.505g to57.222g, ammonia nitrogen,0.09g to0.333g, oil categories:1.116g to6.984g; Sampling of annual rainfall scour area pollution load for SS:14.65kg/((hm2·a)~202.98kg/(hm2·a), CODCr:7.5kg/(hm2·a)~50.46kg/(hm2·a), ammonia nitrogen:0.08kg/(hm2·a)~0.29kg/(hm2·a), oil categories:kg/(hm2·a) kg/(hm2·a).
