On the basis of the characteristics of reservoir property analysis, throughthe innate factors, mining and other factors of the reservoir sand, Comprehensive analyse the reasons of Lblock. sand entry.The innate factors of sand entry,blocks of L11,G18and G246,etc,are in thetectonic stress concentration area; The cementation way is pore-contact cementation, and the cementis dominated by clay; High viscosity of the crude oil on the rock particles drag force is powerful. Thecauses of sand mining: When the formation pressure of decline exceeds formation strength, the rockmatrix may be destroyed,and under the scouring action of the injected fluid, Formation particles aremigrated to the bottom of wells causing the sand entry;The action of injected water washing repeated,leading to tensile failure of the reservoir rock, causes the sand entry; In drilling, cementing, wellcompletion, oil production process, etc, the incompatible injection of the fluid with formation will causesome damage at the bottom of wells, and cause the sand entry.Based on the characteristics of reservoir, Combined with soaring oil sand productionreason, We use extruded resin sand consolidation method to avoid the sand. We havedeveloped a systems of suitable for sand consolidation agent for L block.Considering ofcompressive strength and permeability. The agent basic recipe is: Epoxy resin is the mainagent, The dosage of curing agent is6.4%; Softener dosage is15%; The amount of diluent is22%; The coupling agent is used in an amount of2%; The amount of fiber is10%.We evalue the development of sand consolidating agent system. Experimental resultsshow that: The higher the temperature is,the lower the viscosity of the fluid for sandconsolidation agent is; As the curing time and curing temperature increases, the compressivestrength of the solidification body increases, The permeability decreased. When the curingtemperature is50℃, the compressive strength is4.50MPa. When the curing temperature is80℃, the compressive strength is8.05MPa. The permeability is more than300×10-3μm~2,The applicable temperature range of sand consolidation agent system is50℃to80℃;Sand consolidation agent system has good oil resistance, water resistance,acid resistance andpoor alkali resistance; The effect of filter sand concretion body is good; The curing timeincreases with increase of water content, When we construction in high water-cut reservoir,weneed to take the effect of water into account; Reservoir sand surface adhesives the oil, solidification body has poor performance, After cleaning with surfactant solution,theperformance becomes better.
