With oil exploration and production increased, the reservoir pressure decreased. Themajority of Wells mining rely on machinery equipment, oil pumping unit is the key ofmechanical oil recovery equipment. Its design, manufacture and use have a great influence inour country’s oil production field.Pumping unit with dynamic load test technology research is in order to improve theaccurate simulation in the process of load change, provides the theory basis for addingfluctuating load before they leave the factory, improve the dynamic performance, and prolongthe service life, further to provide technical support for monitoring important parts of thepumping unit.Combined with the practical situation of our oil field production, on the basis ofstudying on the existing pumping unit load test method, analyze the general mechanicalequipment and adopts advanced loading and sensor detection technology, designed andmanufactured the testing scheme by combination of weight load and the magnetic powderbrake load.Adopt the multi-loading technology of the mechanical and electromagnetic, cooperatewith the main components which in connection with the machinery and steel structure of thehead sheave, weight, roller, magnetic powder brake device, to realize the pumping unit testingmachine weight loading and magnetic powder brake loading. In the process of the pumpingunit stroke up and down, compared with the suspension point displacement, suspension pointload appears a regular change, which change the magnetic powder brake excitation current,introduce the braking force into the machinery of the suspension point load produced by theweight. This can be used to simulate the actual load change of pumping unit. Combined withmechanical weight quality adjustment, can also make the system with greater flexibility forvarious models of the pumping unit load simulation process.The system makes the load test with a good control precision, testing parametersaccurately and data processing in time, while get a more realistic test parameters, datagenerated curve, and test reports. It can be used to test reducer output shaft torque and crankpin shear force and brake force of pull rod, etc.
