Nowadays, most of major oil fields has entered the the later stage of water drivedevelopment, the exploitation become more and more difficult, a larger decline of waterrising oil production. In order to stabilize the production, we pay more attention to the oilfields of polymer drive technology. In the process of polymer injection, due to the presenceof the shear of the polymer caused by high pressure and complex flow field, we have aresult in a sharp reduction in polymer viscosity, affecting the effect of polymer flooding.Installation layered with injection pressure controller can effectively control the pressure,reduce the shear of the polymer. However, excessive pressure will intensify the shear of thepolymer, and low pressure can not meet the conditions of work. Therefore, the performanceof the layered with injection pressure controller decided to polymer flooding is an importantfactor.In the same conditions with fluence, and other conditions, reflected by the fluidpressure controller, over-current characteristics differ, including the parameters of thepolymer viscosity loss rate, the pressure drop. High pressure drop and the low viscosity ofthe loss rate can not exist together. In this paper, the CFD analysis on the pressure controllermodels, different pressure controller model velocity distribution, pressure distribution, theviscosity distribution, through the analysis in this paper, providing a theoretical basis toselect high efficiency, low consumption pressure controller.
