| In today’s world energy problem has become increasingly prominent,crude oil resources gradually reduced,many reservoirs have begun to target sea and desert and offshore mining complex area greatly,the yield and the cost of crude oil resources have caused great impact,these environmental and technical issues to further improve oil recovery demand.The conventional completion process is often accompanied by a large number of workover and water shutoff operations,which increases the cost of mining.The intelligent completion system can reduce workover operations,and achieve real-time detection and remote control of oil wells,so as to achieve multi-layer commingled production and improve oil recovery.The core of the intelligent completion system is the downhole flow control system,its core equipment is the downhole flow controller.In the field of intelligent mining,compared with advanced foreign technology,relatively mature equipment has not yet appeared at home.In this paper,a downhole flow control system which can realize remote control and a flow control valve that can realize multilevel throttling are proposed in this paper.Based on the underground flow controller working environment and flow characteristics are analyzed,a flow control valve is controlled by hydraulic pressure design,according to the working environment,the structural strength of the flow control valve of the finite element analysis,and discussed on the sealing structure of flow control valve,Through the comparison and optimization of the sealing structure,the final sealing structure is obtained.The design of a flow control system with flow control valve,flow control system consists of several modules,respectively complete the horizon information decoding and valve opening,the whole system is composed of three hydraulic pipeline control,most can be achieved on the six layer and is a stall control.Simulation of flow controller working environment of the entire flow controller by the flow field analysis,including analysis of different pressure and different throttle area flow,multiphase flow analysis,and ultimately determine the structure and the throttle orifice area of the flow controller,at the same time for the whole structure of the fluid solid coupling analysis,ensure the structural strength to meet the requirements,to ensure the flow control valve can still work normally in a high pressure environment under high temperature.According to the flow controller metal seal structure,design a set of metal sealing experimental device,experimental bench is mainly composed of a pressure vessel,the hydraulic control system and electronic control system is composed of three parts,the 70MPa pressure 150℃ temperature testing of sealing device,test its sealing ability. |
