The papermaking wastewater containing organic matter, suspended solids andammonia and other pollutants, and the high concentration of complex components. Thesubject was treated with an ammonium sulfite method and paper mills black liquidwastewater, to carry out the Study on Treatment of wastewater treatment engineeringprocess design, on this basis, the “UASB anaerobic reactor+SBR+coagulation " Thecombined process of ammonium sulfite papermaking wastewater treatment. After a30-day run,COD removal ratereached90%, improve the load tests showed stable operation of the anaerobic reactor1#reactor through a16-day: when the operation load of the reactor increased by6.16kgCOD/(m~3/d) to9.92kgCOD/(m~3/d), the reactor hydraulic retention time reducedfrom19h to8h, COD removal rates were88.6%and84.2%, respectively. From theoperating results, COD removal rate decreased, but the gas production and water quality,operating conditions remain normal;After The SBR aerobic reactor exposure pool vaccination start to2#aerobic reactorinspection object, stuffy exposure, according to the waste water purification effect andgradually increase the water load, continuous operation of the aeration tank. Graduallyincrease the aeration intensity over20days to achieve stable operation, from runningeffect, when the control of dissolved oxygen is2.0to3.5mg/L run, the COD removal ratehas been stable at about80%;Aluminum sulfate, polyaluminum chloride (PAC) and ferric sulfate (PFS) forwastewater coagulation and sedimentation test, the PAC treatment effect; when the dosageof0.04mg/L, COD removal rate reaches the maximum value65%, according to the testconditions, the flotation operation test results show that the use of PAC as flocculants, theaverage influent pH8.4, COD to240mg/L, SS200mg/L, the effluent COD, SS were84 mg/L and20mg/L, the removal rate reached65%and90%;UASB anaerobic reactor+SBR+coagulation combined process the ammoniumsulfite paper black liquid wastewater treatment process design, the processing capacity of3500m~3/d,5.715million yuan investment project, the processing cost of0.5yuan/(m~3wastewater) The treated effluent quality to meet the national pulp and paper industrialwater pollutant discharge standards "(GB3544-2008) Table3emission standards.
