The high concentration and complex of the Chinese medicine wastewater have become a focal and difficult point in the wastewater treatment industry.It is necessary to seek effective and reasonable treatment process.In this study,we applied laboratory simulation and field operation to study the efficiency and influence factors of hydrolysis acidification and upflow anaerobic sludge blanket(UASB)in the wastewater treatment.Identify the effect of temperature,pH,hydraulic retention time on the efficiency hydrolysis acidification,discussed the influence of temperature,pH and VFA in UASB process,and integrated operation of hydrolysis acidification and UASB treatment system,get the following conclusion:1?The best hydraulic retention time of hydrolysis acidification in this Chinese medicine wastewater treatment system is 11 h.The efficiency of hydrolysis acidification quadratic changed with temperature.The equation is y =-0.1566*x2 + 7.9396*x-57.201,R2= 0.6197(y: COD removal rate,x: temperature);The efficiency of hydrolysis acidification under normal temperature was above 35%,and 27 ? is the best operating temperature in the hydrolysis acidification.2?The pH play an important role in COD and SS removing,removal efficiency of COD and SS presents a quadratic term relationships with pH in the hydrolysis acidification process: RCcod =-2.3357*pH2 + 32.617*pH-55.86,R2 = 0.8353,RCss =-2.2378*pH2 + 33.385*pH-82.643,R2 = 0.8976;The optimum pH range of the hydrolytic acid was 6.2-7.8.3?When the temperature in the UASB pool is around 42?,it is the best temperature for the treatment of the Chinese medicine wastewater in this project.The pH in UASB tank should be controlled around 6.7 to improve its effluent treatment efficiency.Water inlet VFA should be controlled below 450,which not only can improve the breeding of microorganisms in the pool,but also can enhance the sewage treatment efficiency.4?During the entire operation of UASB,the removal rate of COD maintains an high level,even large influent concentration fluctuations,the rate was above 80% and the effluent concentrations are lower than 500 mg / L.In the whole operate process,the efficiency of COD treatment increased with the concentration raising,and showed a linear growth trend: y = 0.0086 * x + 58.22,R2 = 0.89(where y is the COD removal efficiency,x is the wastewater COD concentration).5?The combined system maintains the efficient treatment efficiency for the waste water of proprietary Chinese medicines with COD concentrations between 3800 mg / L and 9000 mg / L,the removal rate of COD is above 90% and the effluent COD concentration is lower than 500 mg / L,which is below the industrial park Sewage discharge standards.6?The combined process has a good processing efficiency for ammonia nitrogen between 23 mg / L-88 mg / L in Chinese medicine wastewater,the remove rate reached more than 80%,the effluent ammonia concentration is 4mg / L-12 mg / L,The removal rate of SS reached 87.2%,all of them meeting the treatment requirements and emission standards.This study not only understand the relationship between temperature and pH and other factors in the hydrolysis acidification and UASB reaction,but also determine the reasonable parameters suitable for this special wastewater,put forward reasonable regulatory parameters,and finally provide suggestions for the treatment of sewage in the same industry.
