The development of fine blanking is based on the ordinary punching,which is a kind ofadvanced processing technology, fine blanking technology has been widely used due to theadvantages of good product quality, high production efficiency, lower production cost and soon. On the one hand, the fine blanking forming process is a complicated mechanics process,which involves the elastic deformation, plastic deformation, damage softening and ductilefracture phenomenon, fine blanking die life is relatively low; on the other hand, differentparameters has a great influence on blunt cut surface quality, size and shape accuracy,therefore choose the reasonable parameter will not only affect the life of the fine blanking die,also affect the product quality and production efficiency of fine blanking.First of all, this study review of the fine blanking process and the research at home andabroad, summary and analysis the factors of the fine blanking quality and process parametersof fine blanking die life, this research use a door lock hook as the object, established3d modeland simplified it, then established the finite element mechanical model; Secondly use finiteelement analysis software to simulate the fine blanking die fillet radius, die clearance, ringshape and the blank-holder force and the ejector force, four process parameters impact on thequality of fine blanking parts, and comparative study on the different change trends; Thirdlydo the comparative study by changing the process parameters in finite element simulation,draw a set of reasonable process parameters, in order to further study how to improve thequality of die life and fine blanking parts laid the foundation, research methods and ideas tothe actual production has a guiding significance; Finally discussing and thinking from thedynamic load and pressure optimization, fine blanking die life, and provides reference forfurther research.Research shows that through the method of finite element simulation can reflect the realfine blanking process of sheet metal and mold deformation process.The results in this studyhas certain theory significance and value to guide practical production.
