In recent years, the rapid development of the Yangtze River Delta region’s economy,population increase, the degree of the modernization and industrialization also increase.“the Yangtze River Delta Regional Planning” was official permission from the StateCouncil in March of2010. It clears the strategic positioning of the development of theYangtze River Delta region: Important international gateway to the Asia-Pacific region,The world’s major modern service industry and advanced manufacturing center,World-class city group with strong international competitiveness. However, the rapiddevelopment of economy has caused serious pollution of the marine ecosystem. Forexample, the deterioration of inshore water quality, frequent algae blooms, the rapiddegradation of coastal wetlands and Lake Wetland, and so on. Meanwhile, because of localinterests play, the local governments turn a blind eye to the deterioration of the marineecological environment, and it lead to the marine ecological environmental deterioration.Therefore, we must make overall plans for the ecological environment situations ofYangtze River Delta Area, each legislative bodies breaks down administrative barriers,shares the legislative resources, and make a ecological environment law to protect theentire Yangtze River Delta area as soon as possible. It has important realistic meaning forsolving the coordinated development of economy and environment in Yangtze River Delta.First of all, this paper defines theory concepts information, such as the regionallegislative coordination; and briefly discusses the status of research on environmentalprotection at home and abroad. Next, this paper provides an overview of the status of thedeterioration of ecological environment in the Yangtze River Delta Area, and expoundsthe necessity and feasibility of Yangtze River Delta area ecological environment protectionlegislation. Thirdly, in-depth analysis of measures and ways of cooperation governance indomestic and foreign home countries or between different areas for the protection of theecological environment, through the method of analogical comparison, and furtherobtained through overall legislation regional legislative subject For the protection of thegovernance of the local ecological environment has significant effect on sea. Lastly, combined with the exploration of ecological protection in Yangtze River Delta areacooperation existing legislation, I put forward the basic thinking of legislation and practicalcountermeasure to establish cooperation in Yangtze River Delta area ecologicalenvironment protection.
