A company in shandong use craft of "Dual enzymatic liquefaction, Saccharification" to manufacture100thousand tons grade production line of high fructose corn syrup. High fructose com syrup is a kind of healthy glycogen which was produced by bio-engineering technology and its main ingredients are fructose and glucose. Its production grafts mainly include liquefaction, filtration, ion exchange, concentrated, isomerization. saccharification and so on. Compared with sucrose, high fructose com syrup has the features of low price, simple production process and low heat. Currently, it is widely used in drinks, frozen with cold drinks, baked goods, healthy care products and other fields.High fructose com syrup wastewater comes mainly from the starch milk production plant and high fructose com syrup production plant. The wastewater has the advantages of high organic content, high COD concentration and suspended solids content. High fructose com syrup wastewater has high biodegradability because of its BOD5/CODcr value close to0.5. In this study, we use the craft of "physical chemistry method+UASB+SBR " to treatment high fructose com syrup wastewater. Part of the organic matter and ammonia are removal by physical chemistry treatment process, then wastewater through the "UASB+SBR". After the above processing, the high fructose com syrup wastewater can reach to " water pollutant discharge standard in the starch processing industry (DB37/595-2006)(CODcr<100mg/L、BOD5<20mg/L、 SS<70mg/L、ammonia nitrogen<15mg/L、pH6-9)". The study enriched the engineering example of high fructose wastewater treatment.
