F55fructose syrup, which is also called high fructose syrup, is a kind of starch sugar industrial product. It is developed in the late20years as a novel sweetener. It is deeply loved by the people for its unique flavor. At present, the demand of fructose syrup in Chinese domestic market is increasing.The quality requirements is higher and the application is wider at the same time. Therefore, studying the large-scale production technology of high fructose syrup and solving the problems of process controls is very significant.The general situation of starch sugar industry, the development history, the types, the characteristic and the production of fruit grape syrup is introduced briefly in this paper. The enzymatic hydrolysis and enzymatic isomerous technic is adopted. Corn starch, being the raw material, is used for the production of F55fructose syrup. Corn starch is converted into glucose by mixing, injection in a high temperature, liquefaction and saccharification through double enzyme method. Glucose is converted into42%fructose by filtration, decolorization, ion exchange, evaporation, concentration and the immobilized isomerase. High concentration fructose is separated by chromatography system from F42fructose purified. F55fructose syrup is obtained by mixing and confecting. The product is prepared finally after evaporating and concentration.In the design process, mechanized feeding device was self-designed, the operation parameters of pretreatment, liquefaction, saccharification, isomerism were determined through a series of experiments. The process plan of filtration, decolorization, evaporation through investment, operating costs and the advantages. The operation process of ion exchange and chromatographic fractionation were studied in detail.The material balance of system was calculated in detail. The parameter of product was also discussed briefly. Sametime, energy consumption and other cost were examined, and compared with the best value in the industry. The production process in the design is industry leader and international first-class.
