This topic put the simulation of working conditions and the natural environmentin Xinjiang in order to improve the erosion wear resistance of water-saving irrigationas the research background, and prepared by stirring casting aluminum manganesealloy eutectic composition and eutectic composition Al2O3particle reinforced Al-Mnbased composites,the erosion corrosion contrast experiment of the two materials werecarried out by MSH type erosion tester. And on this basis, analysing and researchingthe test results and phenomenon, exploring the micro-erosion damage mechanism ofmaterials and the erosion wear of incipient in order to provide theoretical basis andtechnical reference for the development of water saving irrigation and other abrasionflow components.In this paper, hypereutectic Al-Mn alloy and its composite as contrast material,on the basis of previous studies, focuses on the composition, organizational structureand the relevant mechanical properties of two materials.And using weightlessnessmethod and microscopic surface morphology analysis method to give erosion wearresistance of the two materials a more in-depth exploration in different abrasivecontent, and different abrasive particle size and different erosion velocity under3%abrasive content, and finally the conclusion of hypereutectic Al-Mn matrix compositeis much better compared with hypereutectic Al-Mn alloy in erosion wear resistance isobtained.
