Xinjiang is very lock of water,improving the utilization of water resources isvery important for Xinjiang. But the water quality of Xinjiang is special. Finding newirrigation materials is the key way.This article is based on experiments, prepared bycasting Al-2.15%Mn alloy and Al2O3particles reinforced Al-2.06%Mn compositematerials, the two materials were analyzed chemical composition and phase diagram.Under the speed of15m/s, erosion experiments using a rotary machine for bothmaterials erosion experiments, collected the experimental data. Sweep the surfacewith microscopic electron microscope specimen after erosion scan, analyze theflushing wear topography.The results showed that: Al-2.15%Mn alloy and weight loss Al2O3particlesreinforced Al-2.06%Mn composites with incremental erosion rate exponentially growrelationships; Under the speed of15m/s, Al-2.06%Mn composite impact erosionwill become more apparent; at high speed, low levels of erosion affecting abrasivecomposites weight loss rate under small velocity; Under the speed of15m/s, greatsize of composite materials in the anti-erosion at significantly lower performance thanother particle.
