The development of phosphorus heterocyclic chemistry was rapid in recent decades. As an important branch of phosphorus heterocyclic chemistry, the macrocyclic phosphine compounds have extensive application in coordination and catalysis chemistry. This thesis focus on two parts of work. Firstly, design and synthesis of dithieno[3,2-b:2’,3’-d]phosphole compoundsla, b, c-2a, b, c. The P=O double bond and the lone pair on trivalent phosphorus have important influence on the formation of macrocycle. Several new compounds were synthesized according to the route shown in scheme1. Secondly, design and synthesis the macrocyclic phosphine compounds3-4, The target products were prepared following the route in scheme2. Their structures were fully characterized. The UV absorption of these new macrocyclic phosphine compounds were explored preliminarily. This research gave a new strategy to synthesize macrocyclic phosphine compounds with phosphorus heterocycles.
