The Research Of Urban Ecological Supporting System Of Urban Area In Chongqing

City is an artificial building system, in which has much more incongruous with the development of urban construction. Hence, the research on Urban Ecological Supporting System (UESS) has become one of the hot topics and the social focus in the field of urban ecology. Urban Ecological System (UES) showed some problems of different levels during the process of self-regulating. Natural ecology is one of main object of research on UESS. Some urban problems were regulated by the ecological supporting system, and this has caused concern of academic, government and managers. Indicator system of urban ecosystem supporting was set up with the theory and knowledge of ecology to provide scientific basis for the development of an ecological city.In this paper, we focus on three main elements in UESS:Support level, coordination and development capacity. We selected30indicators which reflected roundly the connotation of UESS. Paired comparison matrix was applied to determine the weight coefficient of index data, and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used to establish an evaluation model. Finally, a comprehensive evaluation was carried on the main urban area of Chongqing.There were five parts in this paper, including introduction, conclusion and others.Firstly, we elaborated the topic background, research purpose, significance, main research contents, research methods and technical route, etc.Secondly, we summarized the concept of UESS origin, connotation, characteristics and basic functions. Besides, we elaborated the research situation in domestic and overseas.The next part, we mainly introduced the principle of evaluation index selection and standard of UESS and build the evaluation index system. In addition, we also expounded the principle of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), process and data processing, etc.And then, we gave a mainly introduction about basic situation, society and economy of Chongqing. Then, we used the analytic hierarchy evaluation model to make a research from2002to2011in Chongqing. Results show:In2011, the main comprehensive index was0.94, belong to " I "level, which meant ecological support was high.2002-2011, UESS comprehensive index was in good development in Chongqing and indicates that the main factors were:the shortage of human resources of high level, heavy brain drain; unreasonable energy structure, cutback of industrial costdifficulty; waste of discharg disorder, seriously environmental pollution; low rate of off-fall dealing, the larger difficult of management. In this paper, some measures which aimed for the problems above in Chongqing UESS were given::improving education quality, building highland of handsome appearance; Specification for waste discharge, creating a good living environment; optimizing the structure of energy, upgrading the industry level; strengthen the management of environmental protection, realizing the benign development environment.At the last, the full text was summarized, and pointed out the innovation points and deficiencies of the article.
