Recently, with the development of nano-science and technology, studies of nanomaterials are no longer limited to simple synthesis and fundamental properties, the practical applications is being done according to their characteristics. Enzymatic biosensors, which based on nanomaterials and other bioactive substances, have been rapid development such as the enzyme-substrate, incretion-acceptor, antigen-antibody, and so on. Which have attracted much attentions due to their good selectivity. Howerver, these biosensors based on enzyme and other bioactive substances has flaws, bioactive substances is a central part of enzyme biosensor, their stability will be affected by testing environment as temperature and PH value. So, are limited in the Range of application. As such recent effort has been put into producing nonenzymatic sensors. In this study, CuO2granular nanowires were synthesized by used of an electrodeposition method in porous AAO template. Then an nonenzymatic sensor was developed on the basis of a gold electrode modified with Cu2O nanowires and Nafion. The electrochemical properties were detected by virtue of Cyclic voltammetry and amperometry method. The main results are summarized as follows:1. Preparation of Cu2O nanowiresTo prepare AAO template, high purity aluminum was firstly pretreated through the clean and annealing, twice anodic oxidation process was carried out on electrolyte of the oxalic acid. The microstructure of the as-prepared AAO template was investigated using SEM.The constant current deposition was adopted to fabricate Cu2O nanowires in AAO template. The phase composition, morphology, crystal structure were characterized by XRD, SEM, HRTEM and SAED, and synthesis mechanism of nanowires was discussed.2. Non-enzymatic H2O2sensor Based on Cuprous Oxide Nanowires and ArrayTwo types of non-enzymatic H2O2sensor were developed——cuprous oxide Sensor Array and nanowire Sensor. electrochemical properties of the two types of sensor were investigated. The detection results of cyclic voltammetry and amperometry method display that the cuprous oxide nanowire array sensor has a wider linear range, nanowires sensor has a higher sensitivity and detection limit.3. Non-enzymatic AA sensor Based on Cuprous Oxide NanowiresAs-prepared cuprous oxide granular nanowires modified on the gold electrode surfaces by drop coating method. Non enzymatic AA sensor then was constructed based on granular cuprous oxide nanowires. Optimization of experimental conditions, the electrochemical properties of sensor was tested in alkaline electrolyte; the results show that the sensor has high sensitivity and selectivity. The reaction mechanism of the modified electrode was firstly analysised in alkaline medium.
