In this thesis, a series of phase transfer catalysts have been synthesized and applied in the study of the asymmetric sulfa-Michael/Mannich domino reaction of thiophenols with chalcone and N-Ts-imines. After screening the catalysts and optimizing reaction conditions such as solvent, temperature, base and catalyst loading, it was found that the reaction could proceed smoothly and achieve good yield (74%), enantioselectivity (91%ee) and high diastereoselectivity (94:6dr) in the catalysts of6g (15mol%), with Cs2CO3(3.0equiv.) as base at-40℃in toluene. |
