The aim of land consolidation is to improve the quality of arable land, incresing theeffective area of arable land, which can ease the contradiction between people and land.Theimplementation of the land consolidation project will produce a variety of pros and cons forliving environment. Scholars were focused on the comprehensive benefits in thepast, which is made of social, environmental and economic benefits, most of them wouldchosed a method to carry out the evaluation. The purpose of this paper is to carry out theevaluation of eco-efficiency. Eco-efficiency is included in comprehensive benefits,it willbe describled in details in this paper to build an evaluation system of Eco-efficiency. Afterthat, the author will use two different methods to carry out effective evaluation in order toprovide references for related researches. On the basis of“The construction design of The land consolidation of ZhongTan townand other two towns in Qu County”, standing from the point of view of environmentalecology, the paper analysis and summary the impacts of land consolidation for rural livingenvironment, building an evaluation system of Eco-efficiency of land consolidation project, and use it in study area. From the three areas of infrastructure, ecological environment andlandscape ecology, eco-efficiency evaluation system to select25individual indexes. All ofthe public infrastructure indicators, including per length road, per water availability, travelon rainy days guaranteed rate; The number of Eco-environmental indicators are seven, inwhich the value of ecosystem services as a separate evaluation; Landscape eco-efficiencyindicators from the characteristics of landscape elements and landscape heterogeneity bothselected12indicators, indicators of landscape ecology is an important component of theevaluation system,Which can provide some references for the landscape design of landconsolidation project in the futuer. Ecosystem service value index and landscape ecologyevaluation mechanisms are introduced in the Eco-efficiency evaluation system. The authorwill be manage to follow the principles of comprehensiveness index selection, consideringall aspects of impacts of land consolidation for rural living environment, building aneco-efficiency evaluation system; Secondly, entropy weight method and principal component-Analytic Hierarchy Process comparison of the two evaluation methods toassess the ecological benefits generated by the land consolidation project for locals livingenvironment in order to provide references for evaluation of ecosystem services andregulatory landscape program design of land consolidation project for local livingenvironment in future. The four Villages eco-efficiency index of ZhaiPing Village, Bridge Ba village, ShiGuvillage and HeJia Village were improved through the implementation of the landconsolidation project. The results of Entropy Method:the total eco-efficiency index of fourvillages will increased from3.11to3.64, an increase of17.05%, the ecological benefitsindex respectively are0.92,0.83,0.68and0.68up to1.04,0.92,0.79and0.90, the effectiveincrease of between10%to30%. The results of the principal component-AnalyticHierarchy Process: the total eco-efficiency index of four villages will increased by2.79to3.20, an increase of14.70%, the ecological benefits index respectively are0.73,0.74,0.66and0.66up to0.84,0.83,0.77and0.76, the effective increase of between10%to20%.Closer between the results of two methods to reflect the results of the evaluation of thereliability and accuracy,it can provide some references for relevant study in the future.
