Polymer flooding technology is the main enhanced oil recovery measures in DaqingOilfield, but with the continuous exploitation of crude oil, Daqing Oilfield has entered into thelow recovery period and high water cut period. After polymer flooding, there are still someresidual oil, in order to maximize mining this part oil, poly table agent recovery technologyemerge as the times require, and it achieved significant results in the pilot test area but it alsobring new problem to the oil-water separator. Because it is more severe emulsified than liquidpoly table agent flooding polymer, so the conventional polymer flooding demulsifier can notmeet poly table agent flooding emulsion demulsification requirements.Focused on those issues, the crude oil emulsions were taken from polymer floodingWells and polymeric surfactant flooding Wells in Sartu middle area block oil field, whichphysical properties are measured, analysis. The oil/water separation properties and theemulsion stability mechanism were studied, the experiment tell us that the oil/waterseparation of polymeric surfactant flooding produced liquid is more difficulty than polymerflooding produced liquid. The polymer chemical demulsification methods were studied,which tell us the demulsifier joint electric field method is superior to pure electric field andpure demulsifier, at the same time, the dosage of polymer emulsion on the spot dehydrationprocess are studied, the research make the processing suitable for polymeric surfactantflooding emulsion modification. Research and comparison of the current domestic crude oildemulsifier widely used for polymer flooding, study the polymeric surfactant floodingemulsion demulsification effect, the scene used in polymer emulsion demulsifier is notapplicable to the polymeric surfactant flooding emulsion, the experiment selected the suitabledemulsifier HHY–601for polymeric surfactant flooding emulsion, and studied the compositeresearch and the optimization application conditions of new type demulsifier, which learnedthat under40℃, the best dose is40mg/L, in15min, the composite demulsifier HS-64canachieve ideal demulsification effect, and its interface and hang wall after dehydration in goodcondition. From the field experimental research, we know that the use of the compositedemulsifier reduce the one-third of the dosage, the outside oil water content reached the levelof demulsifier EPE-1and the effluent oil content reduced50%, which can satisfy the need ofpoly table agent flooding dehydration production.
