Usually,the source of carbon dioxide come from plants or the treatment plant of naturalgas,and some part of them came from the well of carbon dioxide,before it to be processing,the carbon dioxide contain some impurity gas,or water and solid particles,etc.,and thisexistence have influence or even damage to treatment process or equipment,So,its need toestablish a set of perfect ground engineering to ensure from capture carbon dioxide-pressureboost-dry to inject the whole process of safe and efficient operation.Because the site of carbon dioxide gas source generally far from the site of injection,sowe need an economical way let it reach in the injection point,the shipping is not adapted tothe inland,and the tanker transport mode is only applicable to small scale and short distanceconditions,so pipeline way become the preferred way for large-scale and long-distanceconveying carbon dioxide.There are gaseous state,liquid state and supercritical state when transportation carbondioxide by pipeline,in order to determine the most advantageous transportation state,weanalyse the density,viscosity,heat capacity and thermal conductivity changing with theparameters of temperature and pressure from the angle of physical properties,the resultsshow that supercritical state for carbon dioxide pipeline is the most favorable,and furtherexplores the conveying distance limit for each state,the following conclusions:due to largepressure drop when conveying gas state,the transmission distance is only37.5km,becausethe influence of the phase change the liquid pipeline’s effective transmission distance is204.4km,and since the influence of supercritical sexual,the pipeline of supercritical state’seffective distance is128.1km,however,if the supercritical sexual request is not high,youcan continue to increase the transmission distance until1010km.The main impurities in the carbon dioxide is the nitrogen and methane,it will have acertain impact to pipeline performance when transportation mixture gas,through the analysisthat when a small amount of nitrogen and methane exist in gas state and supercritical statepipeline gas,the impact to temperature drop and pressure drop can be ignored,but its largerfor liquid state pipe,and its larger influence of nitrogen than methane,therefore it should beavoided.This paper cites the example of co2flooding in DaQingZiJing oil field,and puts forwardtwo kinds of optimization model,based on the model and improved ways of energyconsumption and cost comparison,conclude that in low pressure supercritical to pressurize for carbon dioxide in gas gathering stations,and use the low pressure of supercriticaltransmission mode for Transportation,and high pressure supercritical fluid injection ininjection station,this model is the optimal way for conveying and injection....
