Now China Oilfield basically has entered the post-mining stage. In recent years, the oilfields proposed a variety of enhanced oil recovery method to increase the EOR technologyresearch efforts. A variety of flooding technology used in mining blocks, making the producedfluids exist in a stable form. To study the different blocks of different flooding technology ondemulsification, the experiment was repeated many times in the indoor to screen demulsifier, and requires a lot of produced fluid. And field produced fluid process in case of no experiencefor reference in the indoor simulation test election to determine. At present, t there’s nouniform standard and accurate evaluation method about the configuration of the interioremulsion conditions. To solve the above problem in this article Daqing Oilfield Liu Chang L11-2903andL8-2803two wells produced fluid are as the object to study, Using quiescence andstratification to study emulsification equipment, emulsification parameters, the way of oil andwater mixing on the configuration of the stability of the emulsion. Came to the interiorconfiguration to stabilize the emulsion preparation conditions, according to the configurationof the preferred out conditions to determine several ways to configure the program to stabilizethe emulsion. And then through testing stability, rheology, interfacial tension, viscosity anddensity of L11-2903, L8-2803and the compund emulsion to contrast for evaluation ofsimilarity. The evaluation method is gray interrelated degree method in gray theory method tocalculate gray interrelated degree about the real solution and compund emulsion. Interrelateddegree shows the difference between the ideal object and evaluation object, that is sort ofcloseness with the ideal object, by contrasting interrelated degree of several options to choosethe best.
