Late in daqing oil field exploitation, most Wells are already existed in oil, gas and waterthree-phase flow. Now production profile logging technique is only suitable for two-phaseflow measurement, can’t accurate measurement of three-phase flow, the impedance type of itin high water cut oilfield is widely used in the process of production in oil and watertwo-phase flow for measuring water cut and flowrate, it has many advantages that not beaffected by temperature, degree of mineralization, flow pattern, etc. At present, thephenomenon of outputting oil and gas is widespread in oil, gas, water three-phase flow, theimpedance production profile logging is unable to distinguish gas, gas may affect precision ofmeasuring instrument, the effective means is eliminating gas to reduce measurement error onmeasuring water cut and flowrate, how to eliminate gas is needed to be solved.In order to solve this problem, proposing to design single-stage and two-stage prototypedistributary log experiment prototype to implement the plan, make a distributary type oflogging on the basis of the principle of jamin effect. The prototype core technology is theimpedance production profile logging. Distributary type of logging is made by the originalway of collecting umbrella to separate gas and liquid, it discharge gas out of shunt device andmeasure oil and water two in low yield and high water of three-phase flow, eliminate theeffect of gas, it is reasonable to improve measuring water cut and flowrate accurately.Based on FLUENT numerical simulation software of single stage diversion typecollector umbrella internal flow field in two-dimensional simulation, simulation model offluid flow state, and gives a better way of separating gas and fluid and gathering the most ofoil (set12groups, diameter of2mm hole on the surface of umbrella), and validate thefeasibility of air, fluid separation; According to the simulation results and the implementationof design, mading of single stage diversion type logging experiment prototype, doingexperiments in oil, water two-phase flow, gas, water two-phase flow and oil, gas, waterthree-phase flow, it show that the experimental prototype has good effect of collecting oil, itcan realize gas, liquid, can measure water cut and flowrate accurately, liquid flow is0~70m~3/d,the water cut is50%~100%, gas flow is0~10m~3/d. Making double shunt type log for oil,water two-phase flow and gas, water two-phase flow experiment, the results showed that thegas, liquid distribution function can be realized and expand the measurement range, it canreach15m~3/d. but double shunt type collector umbrella will form around the oil or gas cap,affect the measurement result when the liquid flow rate less than10m~3/d. It provides new ideas and new methods on the theory of multiphase flow measurementfield; We will do a large number of research work to improve the method which applied in thespot.
