Strobilurins and oxime ethers have important biological activities. Strobilurins with fungicidal, insecticidal and /or acaricidal activities were discoveried by using natural antibiotics strobilurin, oudemansin and myxothiazol as lead compounds, and strobilurins play an important role in pesticide because of their novel action mode, good environmental profiles and high activities. Oxime ethers also have broad biological activities such as insecticide, acaricide, fungicide and herbicide, and oxime-ether substructure is often used as pharmacophore in new pesticide discovery.The latest research and development in pesticide of strobilurins and oxime ethers were reviewed in this thesis. 24 novel strobilurins containing oxime-ether moiety were designed and prepared by using HNPC-A3066 as lead compound based on pesticidemolecular design technologies, such as sub-structure linkage and bioisosterism. Their structures were confirmed by IR, ~1H NMR and LC/MS.According to their structures, these 24 compounds can be divided into two series as following:(1)Strobilurins containing chlorophenyl oxime ether moietyⅠ.(2)Strobilurins containing trifluoromethoxyphenyl oxime ether moietyⅡ.Biological activities of the compounds prepared were studied. The results showed that most of the compounds possessed remarkable fungicidal activities, for example, compoundsⅡd andⅡe showed higher fungicidal activities against Erysiphe graminis than that of the commercialized strobilurin fungicides azoxystrobin and metominostrobin. Furthermore, the results also showed that some title compounds exhibited excellent insecticidal activity. At a concentration of 100 mg/L,Ⅰd exhibited more than 90% biological activity against Mythimna sepatara and Aphis fabae; especially,Ⅱa showed 100% biological activity against Mythimna sepatara and Aphis fabae;Ⅱd also showed 100% biological activity against Aphis fabae.
