Oxime pesticides have excellent insecticidal,acaricidal,fungicidal and herbicidal activities with the advantages of high efficiency,low toxicity and low residue.Fluorine-containing pesticides meet the concept of environmental friendly pesticide requirements with high selectivity,high activity,high added value,low toxicity and low residue.In order to develop compounds with high biological activity,in this thesis,a series of novel carbonyl oxime ether compounds containing perfluoroalkyl group were designed and synthesized according to the principle of active group association and bioisososterism.With substituted acetophenone as raw material,aryl substituted?-chloro-?-carbonyl oxime(I)were synthesized as key intermediate.The synthesis of substituted perfluoroalkyl aniline was conducted starting from substituted aniline.Then,the target compounds were synthesized by the reaction of ?-chloro-?-carbonyl oximes with heptafluoroalkyl anilines.The chemical structures of 142 target compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR and MS.Preliminary biological activity results showed that a part of compounds exhibited insecticidal activities against alfalfa aphid and certain control effect on cucumber downy mildew.
