In modern society, the problem of environment pollution and energy shortage is becoming increasingly serious. Geothermal resources, as a clean renewable energy sources, has more superiority and widely development perspective, whose application in the heating system is more mature. But with the deepening of the energy conservation, more and more people have realized heating energy conservation is the matching of energy quality and quantity of the heating system, So the study of operation strategy research appears especially important. With the water source heat pump can effectively improve the utilization rate of the geothermic water. Thus, analysising geothermal heating system application of cascade model, seeking energy optimal matching forms and operation strategies, in order to disinter the potential of energy saving in heating system and high efficiency in the use of geothermal resources is the core part of this article.This subject mainly analysed two projects of cascade utilization of geothermal application. models were established for the plate heat exchanger, water source heat pump units, radiant floor heating, radiators and water pump system ,then their thermal model and characteristics were investigated, meanwhile. According to the models, combining with outdoor weather parameters on the effect of heating load, the whole system running geothermic water flow, the matching form of heat pump units and pump operation of the system were analyzed. System objective function was built, and corresponding optimal solution was worked out, to determine the different energy configuration forms and operation way strategy,which can improve the utilization rate of geothermic water, reduce the energy consumption and cost of operation in system.Through the analysis of the system model, get the following conclusion:When the heating load is low, it is preferential to use the geothermal resources; when the load is high, the heat pumps or other heat source can be chosed. According to the change of the outside temperature, establishing the objective function and constraint conditions, with optimization methods of analysis, the optimal water flow of the geothermic and water circulating flow of system are determined, The matching of the heat source and operation control strategy are fixed on. The paper constructs geothermal cascade use models, the optimization design forms of energy operation, and the realization of the control regulation measures. The model can be simplified, evolved, and can be widely applied to the other geothermal heating system.
