A laminator is solar cell module packaging equipment, is mainly used for laminatingand packaging to the cascade battery components, to make it a complete batterycomponents. In the laminating process, the heating system of the laminator plays a keyrole in the quality of the cell module, so the analysis and research of a laminator heatingsystem become necessary, and to improve the work efficiency of the laminator and thequality of the battery components.At present, the laminator heating system uses two heating methods: oil heating andelectric heating. SYSC-F01-laminator uses the type of the oil heating. This paper carrieson the thermodynamic analysis, heat flow coupling analysis and experimental research tothe heating system of the SYSC-F01-laminator, and to compare the analytical results andthe experimental results.Firstly, using the finite element analysis and with the aid of the ANSYS Workbenchsoftware to analysis the heating plate, through the steady-state thermal analysis andthermal-mechanical coupling analysis, received the temperature distribution and the stressof the heating plate.Secondly, using the CFX software respectively for heating furnace and heating plateheat flow coupling analysis, the furnace outlet temperature as the inlet temperature of theheating plate, making the simulation results approximate the actual situation, andcompared with experimental results. Because using oil heating method, the analysis of theeffect on heating rate of the heat-conducting oil velocity is necessary, and getting thevariation of the heating rate and heat-conducting oil velocity.Then, according to the existing structure of the heating plate, using the ANSYSWorkbench software to optimize it, and then analyzing the optimization result. Throughthermal analysis and heat flow coupling analysis, received the new result, and compared itwith the results before optimized.Finally, using electric heating plate for thermal analysis, and compared the oil heatingmethod and the electric heating method, then summed up the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods.This paper based on the ANSYS Workbench and the CFX platform software, toanalyze the heating system, and through the experiments to verify the correctness of theanalytical result; the heating plate is optimized, and the heating rate and the work surfacetemperature uniformity are improved; received the comparison results of the oil heatingmethod and electric heating method.
