In recent years, variable-frequency power is widely used mainly in speed controlsystem and power supply with the development of power electronics technology. Thepower of electrical equipment has very important role, so the study and design ofvariable-frequency power is of great significance.This article is about the study and design of a single-phase variable-frequencypower based on DSP(TMS320F2812). This article establish the mathematical model ofthe single-phase variable-frequency power firstly, on this basis, according to theprinciple of SPWM, create SPWM waveform generation model and the single-phasevariable-freqency power simulation model, use the output of simulation verify thecrrectness.For this entire system of variable-frequency power, this article describes the maincricuit, driver cricuit, control cricuit, and sampling circuit in detail, the main cricuitstructure is AC-DC-AC. The rectifier cuicuit use three-phase uncontrolled rectifier, andlarge capacitance filter. The inverter bridge is Intelligent Power Module(IPM) of FUJI,and the output filter is T-filter. The driver cricuit describes the optocoupler isolation ofIPM. The control cricuit describes the peripheral cricuit of DSP, such as power cricuit,clock cricuit, interface cricuit and so on. The sampling cricuit describes the process ofsampling voltage and current. There are many loops in the system, so maybe causemany serious questions when designing and measuring, the paper explain the easyproblem in detail bringing great convencience to design and testing.About the control strategy and software, firstly according to the mathmatical modelof the variable-frequency system determine the double-loop strategy to stabilize theoutput amplitude and frequency of voltage, and improve the dynamic performance ofthe system parameters for the target design, then use the simulation verify the crrectness.Generating SPWM block diagram, AD sampling frame and the overall system blockdiagram is given, finally, analyse the experimental result to verify the correctness andvalidity of the system designing.
