The electric energy plays an important part in daily life and industrial production,and the excellent power quality is a guarantee for social life and production. Real-timemonitoring can produce the state of electricity supply in time, in this way we canprevent electric-using problems from supplying poor power quality. According to thestandar of GB/T1235-2008power quality--voltage deviation of supplying, voltagedeviation is allowed to range from-10percent to+7percent.This paper sets the voltage deviation which is one of the standers to assess thepower quality as the study object, show the fluctuation of voltage value by monitoringvoltage, develops a system of real-time and online voltage monitoring based on B/Sstructure. There are fine outstanding characteristics in this system. Low cost ofcomuniction, because China Mobile’s GPRS transfers data by packets, expenses justcounted by data transfered each time that is flow cost. Good real-time performance,this system can record the votage value for all sites and reduce the cycle time. Widemonitoring areas, China Mobile`s network can works everywhere and there is no needto supply special lines for communication. Flexible wroking pattens, there is no needto install special management softwares and user can start their work with neteverywhere. Easy system manitenance, update software on server PC when necessaryand it`s nonbusiness of clicent PC.In this system, the data tranfering modal emphasis on terminal to server accordingto the heartbeat with client to server as a supplementary. Developer developed asoftware with C#programming language and SQL Server2005under Visual Studio2005environment. It realizes functions of data searching, data handling, data printingand so on. This system can inquire about the voltage value with both current andhistory of all sites, statistics the votage quality time, the higher voltage time, the lowervoltage time, the voltage quality rate, the power cut times, the power cut time, themaxmum voltage, the moment of maxmun voltage, the minmum voltage and themoment of minumun voltage for each year, each season, each month and each day.With a certain permission user have the priority to update the member of users,backup data and restore data. It can print detail data, summary data and extremum voltages for each period.The most advantage of this system is that baseing on B/S structure. It decreasedusing difficulty, improves working efficiency. It makes upgrading and maintenanceeasy. |
