Hydraulic resources are the most mature and most economical renewable energy sources.The development of small-scale hydropower plants can effectively utilize the large number of rivers in China and their wide distribution.The remote monitoring system of the hydropower station can effectively help the unit to increase the operating efficiency and play a reliable auxiliary function in the operation state and economic production of the hydropower station.It is very necessary for the development of the small and medium-sized hydropower stations.The hydropower station remote monitoring system in this paper belongs to a hierarchical distributed automation control system.The system is divided into two layers.The first layer is the power station layer formed by the power station equipment of each hydropower station of the hydropower station.The second layer is based on the monitoring terminal control layer of the industrial monitoring and management computer,and the monitoring terminal controls the control cabinet of the hydropower plant.In the remote first-tier power station layer control of hydropower stations,the control process includes the start-up process,the quasi-contemporaneous process,the grid-connected operation process,the power automatic adjustment,the shutdown process,and the fault identification and processing.Through actual project verification,the automatic quasi-synchronization device and power factor detection control system designed in this paper have achieved very good control results.In the second layer of monitoring terminal control layer,it mainly includes two parts: intelligent control of power station and cloud platform monitoring system of hydropower station.The intelligent control part of the power station realizes the configuration of the equipment and the communication and control of the unit equipment data;in the platform monitoring system of the hydropower station,the front end of the mobile phone and the PC can access the server to obtain the current operating status of the equipment and control the operation of the adjustment equipment.The remote monitoring system of the hydropower station introduced in this paper can effectively reduce the operation of equipment operators,and reduce operating costs and power generation costs,and avoid human misoperation,and improve the reliability of equipment operation,and ensure the safe and stable operation of electrical energy and power grid.
