In production process, electromechanical equipment is the indispensableresource for the manufactory. It is the guarantee of enterprise profit. Tomaintain reliable operation of the equipment is basis of maintaining productionactivities smooth and orderly. However, failures of equipment in the manufacturesystem appear inevitably. the highly active as well as the complexity of the equipmentin modern enterprises make the equipment failure become more and more harmful.All of these put forward new challenges for modern management and maintenance ofequipment.This paper is a case study on the main equipment in a plant. By studyingequipment failure data and analyzing Several theories and methods of analysis for theequipment reliability, select the two-parameter Weibull function as a device reliabilitymathematical model. Built BP Neural network, and combinied equipmentreliability, equipment utilization, the state of precision equipment, complexity ofequipment, equipment useful life, and other factors, assess the degree of aging of themain production equipment. Finally, combined with the maintenance budget and thequality of equipment, use the geneticalgorithm to solve the selection strategyof electromechanical equipment overhaul repaired plane next year. Find a way toavoid the relying errors which the decision-makers make by their experience selectingin past.
