| Vehicle airbags is a very important device in vehicle passive safety area, itplays a very important role in protecting occupants while vehicle collision occurred.With the continuous development of airbag technology, it comes out airbag technology,such as the double chamber, air chamber etc.Double chamber airbags can adjust the way of open as needed.it can realize the adjustment to airbag internal pressure rise rate and peak pressure,so that it can achieve a single chamber airbags better protection to passengers.Ignition algorithm is the core of airbag system control,controlalgorithm good or not, will directly affect airbag’s protection effect and safe reliability to passengers.This article is based on the traditional airbag control algorithm,to study the ignitioncontrol algorithm of right side chamber airbag,which is in the driver side, and buildairbag multistage predict ignition control algorithm based on fuzzy neural network,gridstructure is composed of two layers, bottom and top layer,one layer is used to predictoccupant head displacement,the other is used tochoose the ignition mode(one airchamber ignition, two air chamber interval ignition,10ms in turn,multilevel model thattwo air chambers ignite at the same time or not.)Only double air chamber airbag meetstwo requirements,system will ignite according to specified ignition mode.One is based onthe airbag ignition rule "127mm-30ms", pure neural network of upper networkpredicts whether displacement of passenger ‘s head reaches127mm in30ms,if yes,itmeans it has met one condition;the other is fuzzy neural network layer making decisionswhether it needs to ignite,if yes,which ignition method should be adopted,and onlyalgorithm satisfying the two conditions,it can ignite in one method.(Single chamberignition, two chambers ignite successively at regular intervals,two chamber ignites atthe same time) After Network ‘s modeling and training through MATLAB fuzzy andneural network module, and using sample data to test, test results show that the algorithmis able to accurately complete the judgement of ignition time and ignition condition todouble chamber airbags on the basis of the existing data,.Results show that the controlalgorithm has certain significance to the study of vehicle double chamber airbag of smartignition. |
