Composite slabs with steel profiled sheeting already came into generalbecause of its many advantages. Nevertheless it still need to study about thecomposite slab with flat type steel profiled sheeting, not because there are lessstudy on flat type composite slab, but also because the interaction occurredbetween concrete and steel sheeting is very complicate that it can not obtainan acculate mechanical behavior. In this reason, the composite slab is requiredto go to considerabe expense to carry out the testing program for any newprofile, even though it may be nearly the same as a previously tested profile.Therefore, in this research approached below studies;(1) Review of the previous researches about composite slab with steelsheeting, and the comparisonal study between China design code and SouthKorea.(2) To verify some effect on load carrying capacities, such as thehorizontal shear bond strength, different strength of concrete and steelsheeting, nun-linear numerical analysis using Abaqus/Explicit was presented.(3) Totally18specimens tested for the sake of obtaining horizontal shearfailure behavior and some other mechanical behavior. The mechanicalbehavior of composite slabs with closed type steel profiled sheeting waspresented.(4) Comparison analysis basing on various design codes and previousresearches was carried out. The modificated stiffness calculation method ofcomposite slab with closd type steel sheeting was carried out.(5) A finite element analysis of continuos composite slab was conducted.
