Currently, profiled sheeting-concrete composite slab is widely applied in construction engineering. It makes full use of the material characteristic which steel is good at tension and concrete at compression, also it has superior capability on rigidity, ductility and anti-seismic. It can be ease of construction and reducing installation time, also it can make good economic returns, etc. Designers should take their sight on shear-bond performances of composite slabs, in order to well develop the combination effect. Now, the bearing calculation of slabs mainly adopts formula defined by ASCE code of America for more country.Closed sheeting plate offered by the Central Research Institute of Building and Construction? MCC. Group is regarded as the research object and the paper makes systemic studies on the shear-bond behavior between sheeting and concrete and offers the new formula form. Some studies performed and results achieved mainly include:(1) Through the test, we measure the law of the crack generated and developed and of the strain of steel, the slip between sheeting and concrete, the load-displacement curve of slabs and the ultimate bearing capacity. In the test, the main factors that affect the composite bearing capacity we considered are: the shear span, steel thickness, out-to-out depth, contact surface and concrete strength. By analyzed the experimental results, we summarize the behavior and the shear-bond failure models of this profiled sheeting-concrete composite slab and make comparisons between those factors.(2) Through return-analysis, we offer a new calculation formula form that described by f_t and get m, k coefficient of this type plate. The calculation result met well with test result. Indicated that equation expressed by f_t, or √f'_c has a similar relativity and precision .The new meanings of bearing calculation which is put forward fit well to our code.(3) At last, we make nonlinear simulations on the slabs utilizing the ANSYS software, wondered to get a closed solution pattern. Solid element SOLID65 and SHELL63 are adopted to describe characteristic of the concrete and steel separately. Get the regular pattern of thestructure member deform by finite element calculation and Compared with test results. The proposed design method and the study result get from the test in this paper may be referenced for engineering technician.
