In-situ reinforced concrete construction, in order to reduce labor intensity and shorten theconstruction period, reduce project cost, and to consider energy conservation andenvironmental protection needs, the project developed a new template-free removal of thecement composite, through a dedicated multi-functional design steel structures, structuralconcrete pouring from the time when the template effect. At the same time with the formationof a solid bite structural concrete connection until after the concrete to harden and becomepermanent protective layer of structural concrete, structural concrete to form removal whenthe age, just remove the combination of components, without having to remove the cementcomposite template, so use this demolition of concrete structures of new cement compositetemplate-free, saving wood and steel, but also reduces the labor intensity and improveefficiency.This article includes:a study of beams and columns under monotonic loading of the basicmechanical properties that new cementitious composite material formwork without beingremoved of concrete, and the two groups concrete components of the force performance werecompared.use of finite element analysis software ANSYS simulation component in the stateby force and verify the test results as mechanical properties of the form be destroyedBased on test results, using the finite element ANSYS software, without considering thenew template-free removal and bond-slip between concrete and glass fiber mesh is notconsidered within the template of the bond-slip of the two assumptions, the new free templateremoval cement composite beam and column elements of the mechanical properties,deformation and cracking of the simulation analysis. Simulation results and experimentalresults are basically consistent.
