FRP (fiber-reinforced plastic, FRP) embedded reinforced concrete structure is a newstructure reinforcement technology raised in recent years. Compare with "externally bonded"fiber materials, near-surface mounted method, which takes full advantage of its high strengthand anticorrosion of fiber-reinforced plastic composite, is obviously better and has broadenedengineering application prospects.Taking into account the characteristics of the embedded reinforcement technology, theresearch of FRP embedded reinforcement technology should first begin with bondingperformance studies of FRP plate and concrete performance. This paper adopts the integral beam shear test method, to research bond mechanics of10CFRP embedded reinforced concrete beams with rectangular cross-section. Study theinfluence that the anchorage length, width, reinforcement ratio and other factors on the failuremode, bonding capacity, local bond-slip relationship.Based on the experimental research, summed up the CFRP embedded reinforcementconcrete beams bonding failure morphology: carbon fiber epoxy resin debonding failure, epoxy resin concrete splitting failure, concrete splitting failure, carbon fiber plate tensilefailure;Analyzed CFRP panels’ stress strain relationship in various failure form; Worked outthe bond capacity calculation formula with simplified model of carbon fiber sheet the localbond-slip relationship through theoretical analysis; Carried out the FEM simulative analysison reinforce specimens, to verifiy the reliability of the test result by comparing finite elementcalculation results with experimental results.
