| With the increasing requirement for buildings’ function and intensity, people has pay more and more attention to buildings’ repairing and reinforcement. Due to the performance of light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance and fatigue resistance, FRP is widely used in the repairing and reinforcement of buildings. NSM technique is carried out based on the EB technique. It has the characteristics of small amount of surface treatment, impact resistance and fireproof performance, increased the bonding area and reliable anchorage, etc. But, as a new reinforcement technology, its performance needs further studies. So, this paper using methods of theoretical analysis, mathematical statistics and numerical simulation to analyze flexural performance of NSM FRP beam. Specific contents as follows:(1) Based on the analysis of existing NSM FRP reinforced concrete beam’s bonding performance test, the influence of concrete strength, type of binder, slot size and location, the bond length on bonding performance is studied, then debonding capacity calculation formula of FRP to concrete is given.(2) Based on the summary of NSM FRP beam bending experiment research results, combining with the debonding capacity of FRP to concrete which build up in this paper, the NSM FRP beam design and calculation formula of flexural capacity is given. Through a large number of experimental data, the accuracy of flexural capacity formula is verified;(3) Combining with the NSM FRP beam’ bending stiffness and flexural stiffness calculation method of ordinary reinforced concrete beam, introduced the FRP in the calculation of bending stiffness, the calculation formula of bending stiffness of NSM FRP beam is given;(4) By using the method of numerical experiments, the main factors which influence NSM FRP beam’s bending performance are studied. Then the factors’influencing rules on beam’s bending performance are pointed out. |
