In the household appliances areas and low-power industries, Single-phase induction motor iswidely used for its single-phase power supply and its advantages of simple structure, cheap, stable inoperation and easy maintenance. With the application of the DSP technology and control theory inspeed regulation control theory, the vector control technology achieves high dynamic performanceand robustness began to get more and more wide application. Single-phase induction motor isequivalent to the two phase asynchronous motor vector control became the mainstream. Speedsensorless vector control with its advantage of low cost and high stability, Becomes the hot researchdirection of vector control. In view of the two-phase asymmetric induction motor speed sensorlessvector control system, this article mainly studies the following content:According to two-phase asynchronous motor, this paper selects the two phase three bridge arminverter circuits, and research space vector modulation and voltage reconstruction technique.Considering the influence of the output voltage from the dead zone effect, this paper studies the deadzone of the compensation principle and method.Parameter identification for the three-phase induction motor has won many research results athome and abroad. But the parameter identification research of asymmetric two phase induction motoris less. On the basis of introduction with DC test, Single-phase test and step-voltage test, this papergives three kinds identification methods for the motor inductance, and their advantages anddisadvantages are compared.This paper analyzes the mathematical model of the asymmetric two phase asynchronous motor indifferent forms, solves the problem of the oval rotor motor magnetic field and asymmetric operation,and introduces the principle of vector control and the Stator voltage coupling technique based on rotorfield-oriented. Based on model reference adaptive method, this paper analyzes an improved voltagereference model for realize the precise identification of speed.This article chooses digital processor DSPIC30F4011as the control chip in the hardwareplatform from microchip company, introduces the hardware and software program with theasymmetric two phase asynchronous motor speed sensorless vector control systems, and simulationand experimental validation, through the simulation and experiment was verified.
